Our products are delivered by signature required courier in discreet packaging. Any products damaged in transit should be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
Products are usually delivered within 14 days unless there is an out of stock issue in which case we will notify you.
There is currently a standard charge of $6 incl GST for all deliveries within New Zealand.
Due to the nature of the products we cannot exchange adult toys or lingerie, but will replace any products received in faulty or damaged condition. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product please contact us within 14 days
and return the product to us at our postal address. Afterdark NZ will replace the product and reimburse your postage. Should the original product or a suitable alternative not be
available we will refund the purchase price including shipping.
If you wish to exchange general clothing or footwear items due to sizing or other issues we can accept returns. There will however be an exchange fee of 20% of the purchase price plus $12 freight costs. The original item will first need to be returned to us at our postal address.
